PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains accuracy of financial statements including preparation of accounting schedules for local tax and statutory filings
• Drives compliance with local regulations as well as company policies
• Prepares tax filings for Management and Tax review and facilitates any subsequent audits
• Ad hoc reporting for management review
• Reviews of various General Leger Accounts
• Responsible for completing specific complicated book/tax differences
• Responsible for handling 'one-off" unique tax issues that arise ( benefit-related, executive compensation, payroll-related, proxy-related, etc)
• Manage outside advisors on assigned projects
• Work collaboratively with different functions within the company on regular basis
• Lead/direct " special projects" on regular basis (ex. TP studies, appropriate tax structures, etc)
• Assist in the implementation of corporate tax incentives and minimization of tax
• Review statutory books and corporate tax returns prepared by outside advisors
• Participate in quarterly and year-end accounting for income tax process

• Accounting(GL)
• Local regulations including Corporate income tax and withholding tax
• Cash forecast
• Expense forecast/planning
• Payroll
• Fixed asset
과~차장급(최소 Finance 경력 8년 이상. Accounting 경험 필수).
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Detail oriented.
• Good English communication skill.
• SAP experience is a plus.
