- Providing analysis data and solution for the process optimization or the trouble
- Survey & inquiry the new material for the future project
- Feasibility study on new ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymers
• Follow up on RoHS, FDA & MSDS
• Patent: Filing of new patent application and management of filed application

• Ph.D or Post. DOC of Polymer chemistry/engineering or Chemical engineering
• M.S + Min 5 years of research experience within the polymer industry.
• Proven experience in polymer structure related physical property/rheological property, polymer converting technology, compounding technology and application development.
• Good knowledge of engineering plastics
• Fluent in English
