- Planning and developing a strategy
- Identify and develop in-season and long term trading opportunities and strategies
- Monitor performance against plan, taking appropriate action to maximize sales and profit and manage stockholding ensuring an efficient and profitable stock turn
- Managing promotional and markdown activity in line with seasonal events
- Identify new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability
- Evaluate market and customer information together with historical data and forward trends to develop the next step of business plan

- Minimum 5~8 years’ experience in FMCG / CE business are preferred
- Collect actionable insights from sales, analytics & KPIs
- Effective communication skills across all business levels and ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- English communication skill is preferred
