■Accounting
- Accounts Receivable owner
- Accounting for sales (billing) and Receivable management & reporting
- A/R aging & VAT filing
- Corporate Card management
- Fixed Asset Management
- Weekly/Monthly sales reports
- Others required by Accounting Manager: Monthly closing supporting include B/S Reconciliation, SOX report & external audit, budget support etc.
- Others required by Ensure timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with group closing schedule
- Management Petty Cash
- Payroll support for contract drivers

■Administration
- Maintain all related contracts(insurance, lease contact etc.)
- Management office supplies
- Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate & government regulations
- Employee management(holiday, adverting for hiring, update employee list etc)
- Employee training related work
- Coordinates new employee office set-ups.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assist country manager

- Around 3 to 7 years of accounting experience
- Experience in multinational companies
- Excellent communication skills both Korean & English
- SAP, Astro experience preferred
- University degree.
