- Provide Sales, SG&A and Margin Plan, and manage key KPI through S&OP process
- Provide latest trends / R&O / issues in stores, region and country on monthly forecast and yearly plan.
- Make valuable and readable tracking report to team on the target & forecast
performance
- Provide Inventory plans (seasonal, time-phased inventory)
- Provide country seasonal financial targets includes: provide store opening/closure; provide retail metrics assumption and get alignment on financial target from retail POV vs product POV
- Provide various reports for business/retail operation review per management requirements
- Provide country category strategy communication to help coordinating consumer / stores feedback information gathering and comment for category strategy and targets

- Bachelor degree in business or fashion retail related
- Understanding of retail, apparel & footwear product, SCM and finance
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning and/or merchandising
- Preferably in similar industry (apparel & footwear industry) experience
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Good at spoken / written English
