● Customized HR Business Partner Roles to enhance Travel retail activities in Stores
(Core Partnership with Store people under each brand expectations)
● Hiring for open positions in store for all levels with required capabi0lities to treat customer emotion
● Hiring and Training store people for new store opening
● Develop & Delivery on structured Training Programs for Retail sales competency improvement like Selling Skills, Customer Relations Management and Service mindset, etc...
● Review and Ensure store people working schedule align with labor law and operation needs of Department stores and flagship.
● Coaching for Store managers on people issues
● Facilitating on-boarding, transfer and promotion, including employment contracts communication and exit interviews
● Timely manner and transparent communication with store people on HR initiatives and guideline for enhance productivities
경력 및 자격요건
● Over 8~12 years of experience in HRM & HRD (FMCG, Fashion, Retail, luxury industries preferred)
● Proficient level in English speaking and writing
● Insight on overall HR fields and store people
● Excellent people skill that can handle various counterparts internally & externally
