1) Market buying and preparation
- Budgeting, planning orders by category and market
- Analyze sales and inventory into top sellers, replenishment and size
- Collect customer, market and competitor feedback from stores
- Walk thru with buyers to suggest product buying strategies on selection, floor plans
- Develop order sheets by buyers and place an order for them
- Convert an order into SAP system and order delivery follow-up
2) Building relationships with buyers
- Take care of customer complaints
- Commutation with buyers and stores to check merchandising related issues
- Arrange meetings with buyers to support
- Continuously receive feedback from customers
3) Reports
- Make a regular sales, stock, and closing reports to share with stores
- Other necessary reports regarding sell-thru, sales mix and sales ranking
- Submit seasonal planning 6 times per year
4) Operational process follow-up and enhancement product knowledge for stores
- Collaborate Training team

- Bachelor's degree in BA or Fashion related
- Over 6 year-buying Merchant experience at luxury industry or at duty free shops
(과장급)
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and SAP an advantage
- Understanding of visual merchandising
- Mobility to make frequent domestic and overseas travels
- Business acumen and commercial sense to analysis product categories
- Excellent communicator both in Korean and English
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Able to make clear decisions driven by business strategy
- Customer oriented mind to support buyers
