• Digitalization Lead
- Identify the digitalization areas and plan, implement and operate the digitalization.
- Continuously improve the business processes via communication with Business and new technologies.
-Work with the regional digitalization team to discuss and determine the digitalization initiatives.
• BCE ( Best Customer Experience) Program Support
- Identify BCE related application
- Work with BCE organization to create interfaces and operate them
- Support the CRM implementation and supervise the Lead management process.
• Project Management
- Project governance and management for implementation, enhancement and rollout
- Project plan, Business requirement gathering, system design, development, User Acceptance Test, Release and Project Closure
• Application Support for Other Regional Solutions
- Communication with regional office/vendors for in-depth analysis of issues and finding optimal solutions
경력 및 자격요건
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 4-7 years of job experience
* Fluent in English (Both written & speaking)
* Planning knowledge of Automotive financial services business processes
* Business and technical knowledge about digitalization and new technologies
* Technical knowledge in CRM database and customer facing services
