- Develop long range business plan and operation plan for CS and Contact Center
- Prepare CS reports in relation to the operation of CS and Contact Center
- Provides management information and productivity forecasts by analyzing customer call patterns
- Organize customer & employees satisfaction surveys and develops improvement plans in response to the surveys
- Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing contact center processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable process improvements
경력 및 자격요건
- Major in Business, Statistics, or a related area.
- 4~5 years work experience in statistics, research, data analytics, or a related area
- Analytical, strategic way of thinking & approach to the work
- Excellent command of English communication(speaking/writing)
- Excellent skills of MS office(Excel, PowerPoint)
- 글로벌 프로젝트가 많으므로 영어 능력 중요
- 리서치/컨설팅펌 출신 선호
