* Store building project progress and construction management
* Follow up the store design concepts and manual
* Update new designs and details based on headquarter policy
* Inform and educate constructors about global guidelines
* Communication with headquarter and the key stakeholders
2) Store Maintenance
* Manage systematic efficient maintenance to increase operational excellence
* Resolve problem issues with maintenance
* Act as liaison between stores and vendors
3) Miscellaneous
* Budget
* Cost management
* Compile data and update to Headquarter
경력 및 자격요건
• B.A in Interior design
• Certified in Interior Architecture
• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• Working experience and knowledge in Retail/fashion industry
• Multinational company experience preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good English
• General PC Knowledge Computer skills (Auto CAD, Photoshop, MS Office)
