1) Sales and operation
• Monthly sales target - plan and execute action plans to achieve
• Productivity – improve productivity
• Business – understand customer profile and store profile
• Store Management - coach the stores to keep highest standards of retail working environment and efficient ways of working such as manage working schedule, employee turnover and all operation woks in the stores
• Competitors - aware of the competitor activity
• Branding – share the vision and value of the brand
• Partnership – align with other departments and lead
2) Staffing and developing
• Staffing - recruit right talent and develop them (HR supports the recruiting)
• Developing- appraise staff’s performance and provide an opportunity to develop
3) Lease
• Annual plan and three year plan
• Establish leasing strategy based on store productivity, competitor sales, and trends
• Partnership with key partners - good relationship with Department stores
• Establis action plan based on sales budget, margin, store size, concept, floor and store environment
경력 및 자격요건
• Min 5+ years of working experience in Retail/fashion industry
• Multinational company experience preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Can do approach
• Good English
• General PC Knowledge Computer skills
