- Conducting global sales associate retail training programme in stores
- In partnership with store manager and retail manager to enhance employees capabilities, observe talents and feedback on people development opportunities
- Training and oversee performance of in-store training champions
- Monitoring new starters to successfully pass probationary induction period
- Working closely with store manager, coach on service excellence and in-store delivery of brand, product and service experiences
- Identifying training needs and create agile training in line with development process by using specialized knowledge of business metrics
- Feedback on training programmes and collaborate on all service initiatives and efforts to achieve customer experience and greater business performance
- Proactively gain and share knowledge of competitor brands in terms of Brand, Product and Services
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 2 year experiences in delivering training and learning solutions at retail
- Excellent in written and spoken English and native Korean
- Good understanding of store operations and retail systems
- Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate and engage diverse people
- Able to work Independently and self-management
- Commercial awareness/mindset
- Willingness to take domestic business trips
- Proficient in MS office skill (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
