1. Business management & development
- Monitor sales performance versus the budget/targets and take necessary actions accordingly
- Application in all stores of the retail excellence training (Based on KPI)
- Develop and implement commercial action plans to grow the business e.g. targeting clientele categories (local/tourists), incentive programs, slow movers etc.
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff
- Structure the organization of retail activity and allocate responsibilities
3. Local Brand Image
- Actively promote the brand in the local market
- Propose and effectively implement local marketing, customer relation strategies to promote the brand's image
4. Store network
- Propose layout adjustments as needed to ensure commercial efficiency
5. Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the stores and solve unresolved operational issues
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 10 years of experience in sales, brand operations
(FMCG, Fashion, Retail, luxury industries preferred)
- Good level in English speaking and writing
- Great people skill that can handle various counterparts internally & externally
