- Support annual marketing strategy development by integrating multiple sources of data and knowledge
- Create winning brand propositions collaborating with marketing team by designing and conducting various qualitative and quantitative researches leading research suppliers
- Strengthen and fine-tune in-market media/store programs by tracking and reporting of market performances and brand audit regularly
- Manage research budget by making right research investment choices and systemizing insight communication
경력 및 자격요건
- 8+ years’ experience in FMCG insight team and/or research companies are required
- Experience of coaching and managing junior managers
- Rich experience & expertise in various quantitative and qualitative researches
- Bachelor’s degree and above, business, marketing, statistics, psychology majors are preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (both writing and speaking)
