• Develop product development strategies and roadmap in line with company’s business / channel strategies and with understanding of customer’s current & future needs
• Direct and lead product feasibility evaluation based on group product philosophy, risk management policy, marketability and local regulations.
• Direct and lead product pricing and profitability including re-pricing channel control.
• Oversee new product approval process both internally with Group Head Office and externally with local regulatory organizations.
• Lead the efforts of developing innovative products that drive sustainable business growth
• Oversee product maintenance activities

경력 및 자격요건
• 10+ years of insurance product development experience
• Hands-on experience in product pricing or related activities preferred
• Strong knowledge of product development methods and process, regulations
• 5+ years of people management experience, preferably leading a large team
• BA / BS degree
• Major in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar courses preferred
• Korean Actuarial License preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English
