• Develop investment strategy of general account assets
• Manage the outside counterparties - asset managers, fund administrator and custodian
• Oversee the investment process and liquidity management
• Analyze and report NII(Net Investment Income) to Sr. management and HO
• Manage NII planning and Capital planning
• Communicate with HO team including Investment Management and treasury
• Review regulatory reporting and disclosures
• Research capital market and investment industry
• Manage annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
• Manage budget control and analysis
• Develop, evaluate and implement internal controls over investment and planning
• Perform financial analysis and deliver business cases for major projects

경력 및 자격요건
• Over 10 years’ experience in financial industry
• Knowledge of investment operation process and capital market
• Strong skill-sets to identify and solve risks/issues
• Experience in financial analysis or accounting in multi-national companies or life insurance companies
• Experience (or knowledge) of Oracle application or equivalent ERP (preferred)
• Effective use in MS software especially in Excel and Power Point (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in business planning and budget control (must)
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English(must)
• Related professional degree/license such as CFA, CIM, CPA(preferred)
