•Develop effective Agency (GA and independent agents) market intelligences
•Expand distribution channel by exploring new ways to support Agency and foster new distribution opportunities
•Management for activities of trainer, admin, and quotation service staffs
•Management for performance of Agency team

•More than 7 years’ experience with Long Term Insurance industry
•At least 3 year or longer experienced with GA channel for Long Term products
•Prefer GA channel BDM or higher position experienced
•Prefer Korean/English bilingual, with communication skills
•Long Term Insurance (include Property Long Term) products knowledge
•Good communication skill, sales experience, sales training
