•Expand distribution channel by exploring new ways to support Agency and foster new distribution opportunities
•Management for activities of trainer, admin, and quotation service staffs

1.일반 기업 보험 경력 5년 이상
2.원수사 법인 영업 및 Management 유경험자
3.GA 채널 영업 경력 및 Management 유경험자
4.Commercial Line LOB (Property, Casualty, Finance, Marine, Package etc.) 전체에 대한 일정한 수준의 Knowledge 보유
5.Commercial Line 영업 기획, 조직관리 및 교육이 가능 한 자
6.일정 수준의 영어 해독 능력 및 communication이 가능 한 자
•A minimum of 6-9 years of work experience
•Good understanding and experience on insurance
•Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good leadership
•Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
•Wealth of sales skills with experience
•Sales training skills
•Sales strategy planning
