Communication with 3PL WHSE and each local distribution centers
Handle physical inventory movement and transaction in ERP
Report inventory status and issue regulary

2. Demand planning
Inventory forecast & Order request to HQ
Manage order schedule with HQ

3. Order management
Coordinate supply schedule as demand planned
Communicate with vendor and supplier
Create & Handle PO
Control delivery schedule including import and export
Handle forwarder & custom clearance issue

4. 3PL Management
Handle inventory movement schedule for receiving, importing & exporting
Manage subsidiary material order
Very closely communicate with 3PL regarding inventory issue
