- Set up FSM implementation plan aligned with Zone/Global and local related dept.
- Analyze and design To-Be-Model based on AS-IS Mapping
- Analyze sales process and set up guideline of routine related to IT ( Time to sell / Mobile )
- Facilitate local team for sales structure build up with SST (sales force sizing tool)
- Facilitate and cooperate with HQ FSM team for FSM implementation
경력 및 자격요건
- Experienced in Field Sales Management
- Technical competencies (Job related)
- Good at both English speaking and writing is preferred
- Be familiar with the sales process of FMCG industry
- Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree above
- Bujang (Manager) Level
