• Deliver market sales growth with Refrigeration and A/C customers for Controls and Compressors products
• Lead and look after Distributors, OEM’s and End Users business relationships
• Expand market participation, improve gross profit, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and offer total solutions and supporting value stories
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly plans and report results
• Proactively communicate customer, market, and sales plan changes internally
• Actively engage in pre-S&OP process on top of sales planning
• Track competitor activities at OEMs and in the marketplace and communicate.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on quality, delivery, support, and ease of business
경력 및 자격요건
• 5 - 8 years of proven experience in HVAC/R OEMs/Components makers
• Excellent HVAC/R market knowledge and background
• Strong technical knowledge/ability
• Experience in system development / compressors and line components technical sales experience would be a plus
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in Mechanical
• Must have a solid English writing and communications background
• High-energy and team-oriented candidate desired
