* Identify and contact developer studios/publishers with proven track record in Korea, Japan, Taiwan and China
* Coordinate ongoing licensing and strategic issues with our existing publishers and developing studios
* Negotiate licensing terms and contracts with publishers and developers for PC and Mobile Games
* Coordinate with our headquarter legal and tax team regarding licensing deals
* Coordinate with our Berlin headquarter operations teams and local developing studios regarding initial launches
* Represent our company on trade shows and conferences
* Analyze KPI data, calculate business cases and scenarios
* Game Testing and creating presentations for the board
경력 및 자격요건
* Ability to handle mobile and PC online game developers/publishers with confidence
* At least 5+ years in the mobile / PC games experience is a MUST
* Background in Business Development, PM, PD, Corporate Development
* Strong network in the gaming industry with relevant C or VP or CEO Network
* Proven track record of having closed licensing deals. Alternatively, M&A or equity investment track record.
* Strong written and spoken English. Candidate must feel comfortable to work in contracts in English and coordinate with Lawyers.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Hunter mentality, highly energetic , tough negotiator
* MBA is a strong Plus
