- Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policy and programs for Company. Provide guidance to Company operating units on the design, development and implementation of programs appropriate to business needs
- Monitor and support the design development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs appropriate to the needs of Company operations, ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, effectively communicated to plan participants and in compliance with domestic plan requirements
- Provide counsel and direction to line mangers at all levels to ensure compensation and benefits programs are consistent with business strategies and plans and that plan administration is consistent with the program objectives.
- Develop and recommend compensation and benefit program, salary policy and administrative procedures as well as incentive, bonus and other special payment plans
경력 및 자격요건
- Prefers a university graduate, and have experience of business in the fields of C&B and HR Management operation for at least 10 years and/or HR consulting firm for at least 7 years
- Previous specialist training/experience in compensation & benefits essential
- understanding of business strategy and products
- Passion for providing HR support to grow and develop the business
- Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels of management/staff
- Fluency in oral and written English
