- Ensuring compliance by the company of its statutory duties and legal obligations by process monitoring, developing, maintaining, submitting the relevant documents, and liasioning with the appropriate authorities.
- Filing of returns in time to meet legal requirements relating to Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act Industrial Dispute Act, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Benefits Act, Employment Act, etc.
- Maintaining a pool of candidates for immediate recruitment.
- Keeping track of yearly appraisals.
- Review of objectives.
- Provide and maintaining of the Human Resource Systems. Recruitment, Induction of new entrants – joining formalities and issuance of offer letter. At the time of resignation relieving letter with Full and Final settlement.
- Maintaining and updating various training programmes to be held and
coordinating and organizing different training programmes with all division heads.
- Human Resource Report – Accurate and timely preparation for submission to the group.
- Maintain all legal register/reports. Implementing of all labour laws and rules related to HR policies and procedures.
- Liasioning with legal authorities and dealing with labour court.
- Prepare monthly payroll.
- Prepare monthly salary for temps and liaison with legal authorities in there regard.
- Adequate transportation facilities to all employees.
