-Work with the Director of T & PD to develop the organizational training & development strategy for the Bank
-Assess training & development needs within an organization based on current job analysis, requirements of strategic Biz initiatives, industry changes,career development plans
-Develop individualized learning plans with performance and evaluation metrics
-Organize the standard training manuals and educational materials
-Create and update customized training & development program by conferring with Management of the Bank
-Ensure that statutory training requirements are met and revise the program
-Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning system and develop e-learning strategies for the Bank to ensure continuous upgrades
-Recommend necessary revisions on existing training courses thru regular consultation with C-level executives and human resources department annually
-Assist the Director of the T & PD in preparing annual training budgets & plan
경력 및 자격요건
-Proven track record in designing and successful training programs: nice to have experience in banking industry
-Experience with a cloud based LMS(Learning Management System)
-Strong report writing and presentation skills
-Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
-Min 5 Yrs of managerial exp in leading talent and leadership development progrmas at a Corporate level
-Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Communication Proficiency in English and Korean
-Bachelor's Degree in Strategy Planning, HR, Training, Finance etc, relevant field
