- Responsible for overall payroll of 4 subsidies(Headcount: approximately 1,700 employees)
- Ensure the accurate employment data (personnel information, bank account, T&A – time & attendance, etc) is in the system (Work Day) as primary CRM owner
- Co-work with each entities on payroll files and approve after review to make the payment in timely manner
- In charge of monthly payroll reports, accounting entries review and analysis of the cost
- Lead the payroll consolidation, process improvement and change management system control
- Research and coordinate employee pay issues
- Response to ad-hoc requests regarding payroll process and system
- Reports to Global Financial Services Director in Singapore on Korea payroll data and status

- At least 7 years of professional experience on overall payroll process in multinational company in Korea
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & computer literacy is essential
- Good understanding of local labour law
- Strong communication skills, problem solving, analytical thinking structure
- Independent, accurate in data, outstanding numeric sense
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
- Ability to work in changing environment and under pressure
