A)Building and implementing effective, results driven recruiting strategies that meet the goals and objectives for the Korean Contact Centre function and contribute to revenue growth and staff retention
B)Planning and managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process for all Contact Centre roles
C)Contributing to workforce planning and succession plans by developing strategic hiring plans across all key operations; Sales, Service and Operational Support
D)Developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to include professional networks, direct sourcing, employee referrals and promotions
E)Building collaborative relationships with Contact Centre teams, TA, LocalHR, DM and Legal & Compliance
F)Managing recruitment vendors to ensure targets and quality of candidates are met
H)Controlling and planning the recruitment budget
I)Developing and implementing detailed recruitment and attrition analysis and report
경력 및 자격요건
A.Thought leader in recruitment and workforce management
B.Strong, independent leadership skills to manage and drive recruitment solutions; must be able to deliver sustainable results
C.Recruitment and retention of telemarketing sales representatives/Developing of strategic recruitment plans to deliver sustainable volume and quality staffing
D.English is essential (Must)
E.Detailed knowledge of the insurance industry in Korea is preferable, but must have experience within financial services
F.Proven track record in delivering high volume recruitment in the contact centre industry
G.Agency, Vendor, RPO experience coupled with in-house recruitment experience is highly preferred
H.Proven success sourcing and attracting top talent using innovative and proven recruitment methods that are also cost effective
I.Significant relationship management experience in a highly matrixed, complex organizations
J.5+years of experience in Contact Centre recruitment of Telemarketing
