Maintain standard cost system, including:
• Inventory reconciliations & standard cost setting
• WIP accounting & inventory accruals
• Inventory reserve accrual and roll forward analysis on excess, obsolete, lower cost of market, and warranty inventory reserves
• Responsible for month-end close
• Responsible for month-end reporting and analysis by product line
• Managing day-to-day cost accounting activities
• Managing standard cost change process
• Review material, labor and overhead variance
• Review open orders and bill of material
• Review various cost and labor allocation
• Responsible for reserves analysis and inventory accounting/reconciliation
• Interface with various operational and accounting staff
• Responsible for some accounts payable functions
• Other project as assigned by the manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any professional accountancy qualification i.e ACCA and other related field
• 3 - 5 years cost accounting experience
• TRAVEL *Must be able to travel on an occasional basis
• Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills(Report Line: American)
• Excellent PC and Excel skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Identifies complex problems and recommends solutions
• Functions independently within context of day-to-day activities
