• Take care of both internal and external project KoM after official contract
• Take care of the delivery time and the scope of the supply based on the contract with customer, E&S and Factory
• Customer comment/ deviation follow up on the documents & the scope of supply
• Communication with Sales, MU/BC, E&S, Factory if any deviation from the contract or critical issues
• Communicate with order handling team to secure the invoicing process and payment settlement in time
• Claim flow management

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Service experience more than 3 years
• Domestic travelling of 10 days in month necessary
• Experience on Heat Exchanger, Separator and its linked system preferable
• Fluent in verbal & written English communication preferable
• Preferably work experience with EPCs or international projects
