- Finance Planning Analysis
•Preparation of operational and financial planning
•Co-leading monthly close process with accounting team and supporting financial analysis and reporting
•Decision support for commercial operation through analytical exercise
•Generation of monthly business review package and managing HQ finance
expectation through deliverable
•Detail hands-on analysis on SG&A / COGS and finance template development for
cross-functional communication
•Champion in simplification and standardization of finance process
•Leading finance project as required at affiliate level
•Partnering with operation team to provide performance measurement

University graduate with B.A. or B.S. degree
MBA or US CPA preferred
Minimum 7 years in a financial planning in multinational company (Pharmaceutical work experience is a plus) with successful career progression
Demonstrable analytical work with solid accounting knowledge
High capability of commanding MS application package and generating business material to communicate in an effective manner
Able to deliver complicated assignment in a simplified and strategic fashion
Must have an excellent communication skill in English
Mobile – able to relocate outside Korea
