-Optimize global/regional marketing programs and strategies, and be responsible for the execution of these programs end-to-end.
- Develop cost effective and creative lead generation programs incl. web based campaigns.
- Maintain and expand lead flow, and work with sales/sales operations to improve lead quality, quantity, and cost structure for closed end lead cycle.
- Manage a marketing budget that maximizes return on investment.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization of existing marketing campaigns incl. analysis of product sales data.
-Drive market awareness by managing content and flow of all outbound communications, including web sites, newsletter programs, trade shows, search, online advertising, print advertising, sales materials and client/sales messagin
-Work with WW/APJ divisional marketing to ensure that our products & solutions meet the requirements of our customers and are correctly positioned in the market

-A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in IT or related industry.
- Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a technical field. MBA desirable.
- Proficiency in English language highly desirable
- Full-range marketing background with solid understanding of how to get from market insight & opportunity to marketing plans that drive business and marketing objectives forward.
- Strategic and with a strong hands-on disposition and track record of successfully translating plans into execution.
- Strong business acumen and focus on marketing ROI & effectiveness.
- Proven experience in leading a regional/cluster marketing function that can effectively add value to country and global marketing teams in the diverse landscape of the APJ region.
