- Leads and manages retail team
- Has the full operational responsibility for the brand retail channel, which includes specifically the following areas (in accordance with the cgb manager)
- Ensures that the pop, as the main touch point with the consumer, is in line with the central strategy and guidelines, especially providing a high service quality and a consistent shop appearance
- Defines needs of the mono-brand retail channel and ensures the internal support/follow-up (in accordance with the cgb manager)
- Discusses with the cgb manager the mono-brand retail planning (budget, forecast and other planning cycles) and supports with analysis if needed
경력 및 자격요건
- 수입 패션 or 화장품 영업 경력 12년 이상(부장~상무)
- 영어 능통자
- 리더쉽 보유자
- Communication Skill 우수자
- 67년~72년생 우대
