- Handle all recruitment & exit process for new office employees.
- Coordinate exit surveys for office employees and analyze the results for improvement on a regular basis.
- Support Head of HR in undertaking & facilitating the annual Performance Management and salary review process (ACR) for office employees.
- Participate in global HR projects with corporate initiatives (e.g. EES, etc.).
- Make sure that the JDs for office employees are updated.
- Conduct C&B related surveys with external counterparts (Hay, Mercer, TW, etc.) to ensure a level of competitiveness in terms of C&B.
- Partner with managers to analyze the data on HR key metrics (e.g. HC, Staff Turnover, Fulfillment, etc.) and develop strategies as appropriate.

- 영어 능통자
