-Achieve the sales and qualitative objectives set for the Boutique
-Implement and fully responsible for the application of operational procedures
-Build, Motivate and manage the team
-Monitor & improve the service level according to Directives
-Organise & Optimise the smooth running of the Boutique
-Inventory Management
-Interface with Management & Other departments

-University Degree preferred
-[BM]Worked in a similar position for at least 5-7 years in Retail and Service industries with 2years of team management
-[ABM]Worked in a similar position for at least 3-5years in Retail and Service industries with at least 1 year of team management
-Experience of working with High end/luxury/premium brands would be an advantage
