- Ensures the development and implementation of monthly sales management plan are
in place in the POPs.
- Regularly analysis and monitors performance using available data ie sales, retail
KPIs (conversion rate, VPT, PPT, PPP), product and inventory performance trends to
drive boutiques performance, maximize sales and develop follow-up actions.
- Ensures that the POPs, as the main touch point with the consumer, is in line with the
central strategy and guidelines, especially in providing a high service quality and a
consistent shop appearance.
- Defines needs for the POPs and ensures internal support/ follow-up (in accordance
with the Monobrand Retail Area Manager)
- Provides relevant input and implements strategies pertaining to the distribution
development of Monobrand POPs.

- 영업기획 경력 5년 이상(대리급)
- 동종업계 or Global 기업 경력자 우대
- 디테일 / 분석력 뛰어난 소유자
- 커뮤니케이션 능숙자 (부서내/부서간)
- 영어 원활자 우대
- 84년 전후 우대
