- Develop short term and long term strategies in order to meet the market needs and improve operational processes and efficiencies. Match the advertised value of the brands with Customer Service and be an active marketing tool.
- Provide support and assistance in a determined time to brands, Retailers, Flagship stores and end-users ensuring that repairing and maintenance meet the quality standards.
- Determine KPI in order to control qualify and to take care business risks.
- Make sure that each brand quality standards are executed through the service process and ensure appropriate delivery of service to customers.
