- Understand work process and its IT system to develop their related infrastructure, and analyze output followed by any execution.
- Supervise and coordinate the interactions between customers’ requests and the service resources.
- Organize and monitor clear, accurate, and speedy information.
- Enhance the quality of documentation in order to meet customer’s expectation.
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 10 years in operational management and/or customer service management.
- Business planning & process improvement experience.
- Experience in contact management and customer grievance handling.
- People and project management experience.
- Broad and strategic view in overall customer service operations.
- Fluent English in written and verbal, and being advanced in paper work with computer.
- Independent and fine organizer, capable of developing, supporting, and supervising departmental projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical and influencing skills.
- Skilled to match and manage personnel with different mentalities & characters, good team motivator.
- Highly self-motivated person, willing to learn, adapt and take challenge.
- Graduate of University, Experience on SAP as Key-Users
