•Manage the whole operations department including production control and logistics, and quality & customer satisfaction, and insure timely fulfillment of customer’s requirement and product quality
•Organize the on-job training of all manufacturing staff including supervisors, foremen, technicians, operators, setters to improve their capability to meet the business requirement
•Lead the production team to follow all related process procedures including machine maintenance, tool maintenance, process management and material management and feedback all improvement suggestions to relevant Engineers
•Ensure all safety related procedures, policies etc. are implemented and Implement 5S in work area
•Implement lean manufacturing system such as KMS etc. so as to keep manufacturing process competitive in same industry
