- Provides the support on reporting/budget/forecast/compliance/internal control to Head of controlling, senior controller, and administrative support to the department.
- Coordinate between Division Heads, Brand Managers, Branch Office Managers and general staff as required.
- Organize and attend meetings, take/distribute minutes, follow up on action items.
- Maintain filling systems.
- Work on special projects as assigned

- Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job :
3-4 Years of experience and at least 2 years in related field
- Education and Certification Requirements : University degree in Accounting or Business related
- Strong Excel & Power-point skill
- Good communication (both oral and written), organization and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills suitable for interacting with various departments, personnel and all levels of management.
- Advanced writing, composition and grammatical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
- Knowledge of company policies & organization.
- Sense of figures
