- Manage full-cycle recruitment process to enhance brand and to improve candidate experience for stores and office
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that produce qualified candidates
- Work closely with line managers to ensure talent needs are anticipated and the appropriate recruitment strategies are in place to meet hiring manager needs
- Develop a talent pool of qualified candidates through various innovative sourcing channels including digital sources
- Make sure the organization to place person with the right talent in right position and make the use of our workforce to achieve our business goals
- Annual planning budgeting for the market in accordance with the people cost and business plan
- Work with Home office to implement resourcing strategies and plan in the local market
- Resourcing talents for new store projects within timeline
경력 및 자격요건
- Total 5 years of related working experience in recruitment(대리~과장급)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Native Korean
- Understanding of retail or experience in luxury brands
- demonstrate strong HR sensibility and critical thinking
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
- Mobility to make domestic and overseas business trips
- Commercial mindset to understand diverse business
- Communication skill to inspire internal external partners
