1.Set seasonal strategic line architecture on the basis of merchandising expertise and product analysis. Seasonal key initiatives should be set by considering global key direction, getting thru global meetings (RMM, GLF, 360) as well as market relevance thru market researches.
2. Lead to refine merchandising strategy for channels based on inventory allocation, retail merchandising and marketing plan. Forecasting (FC0, FC1, FC2) the product demands and pricing at the right level in reference to financial analysis: APP total analysis, RBU review, Sales by line, product, gender and size.
3.Manage the seasonal product development process, from the initial design direction setting to final step, on-time delivery. Developing localized products as gap fillers which complement the Int’l collection and satisfy specific market needs (fit, trend, innovation).
4.Support trade shows with related functions to maximize the effect to business.
5.Merchandise Operation and team management.

-Design related degree or the equivalent
-More than 7 years of experience in apparel merchandising
Business Planning , Product Line building and planning L4L product development experience
- Apparel buying 및 local production 관련 경험자
-Excel, PowerPoint : Highly advanced
-Business English fluent
