-Build seasonal category line plan on the basis of merchandising expertise
-Analyze business to establish an organized platform for delivering key story, concept and distinguished brand image
-Proactively lead Go To Market process to deliver clear vision to related functions
; FC(Forecasting), RMM(Regional Merchandising Meeting), LFM(Ling Freeze Meeting), 360 align meeting and GTM (Go To Market).
-Develop category business strategy for delivering financial result

-About 4~8years of experience in footwear merchandising
Business Planning , Product Line building and planning , Consumer Products (Preferred FTW but brand experience would be respectable)
