1. Sales Planning and Management
- Planning for DF monthly order budget and store incentive target
- Keep track of sell though and plan proper promotion activities cooperating with MKT team.
2.Product Assortment & Order Management
- Ensure stores right product assortment and maintain proper stock coverage to maximize sales and achieve sales target
- Performance tracking vs. plan (POP specific sell-through & inventory, assortment mix, product category performance, customer trend analysis, product penetration, etc.)
3. Staff Management & Development
- Conduct interview and hire sales staffs cooperating with HR team.
- Prepare and lead regular Boutique Manager sales meetings and initiate on-the-job training.
4. Store Operations
- Accurate HR registration and F&A monthly closing from DF stores.
- Ensure of VM guideline is implemented properly in area stores.
- Ensure consistent management, operation and customer service in all stores in area
경력 및 자격요건
- 면세 채널 경력 5년 이상자(대리~과장급)
- 영어 원활자
- 적극적 / 긍정적인 성격의 소유자
- 매장 관리 경험자
- 커뮤니케이션 능숙자
