Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy PtP services, policies, processes and projects
• Build and analyse the procurement activity reporting, identify improvements and organise action plans
• Follow up and ensure compliance with local legislation and negotiated agreements with subcontractors
• Ensure customer satisfaction by reporting the KPIs / SLA’s to the Management and internal customers ( GBUs and Functions )
• Continuous improvement of the of the process and documentation through validation by the Process Experts
• Set up effective network of communication with internal customers and PtP stakeholders
• Perform regular reviews to ensure process efficiency and cost optimization
• Provide leadership to the team and define the resources needed
경력 및 자격요건
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in an MNC environment ,preferably with 2-3 years of experience in people management
• Good understanding /expertise of the procurement processes with some hands-on experience in provisioning
• Working Knowledge of SAP
• Customer oriented and ability and ability to engage and interact at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills in English ( both verbal and written);
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Sound understanding of the business requirements to propose and drive solutions for improvements
• Some travelling within the Korea will be required
