- Day-to-day project management
- Provide direction to tenant, tenant’s architect and engineer and tenant’s contractors, including design, project management, scheduling and coordination directly and also through Tenancy Coordination Contractor, and assist in resolving potential discrepancies between the multiple disciplines.
- Tenant design and plan review and procure the competitive quality
- Management of 3rd party TC service providers
- Leasing support
경력 및 자격요건
- 5 to 7 years' experience
- Experience in retail preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, visual, and negotiating communication skills
- Basic Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm and code knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- English in good level
- IT skill requirements(Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, Microsoft project (optional), Outlook
- Degree in architecture, design or related field or equivalent experience
