The Tech Director role directs Applications and Equipment resources on all Technology Programs within the BU
- Analyzes and identifies the key yield challenges for the customer
- Directs collaborations to resolve customer's key yield issues
- Advises on product development for early insertion in the customer's advanced process nodes.
- Manages all technical communications between Product Groups and the customer.
- Creates and drives the strategic technical ramp plan for local
- Promotes collaborative working between Sales, Applications and service groups to support customer's requirements.

- 20+/- years demonstrated technology experience throughout the semiconductor process
- Proven Yield Collaboration Program experience
- Indepth experience in both yield, defectivity and parametric applications
- People managing experience
- Fluent English
