• Administer monthly payroll without errors
• Maintain employment contract and other required documents for the newhire&termination
• Consolidate Time & Attendance report for monthly Salary
• Coordinate Retirement Pension DC Program
• Administer expatriate payroll and related tax/financial issues
• Responsible for creating, reviewing and distributing various payroll reports to support financial projections, audits, HR reviews and compliance issues
• Support the implementation of process for new employee benefit program and Manage new payroll tax jurisdictions
• Coordinate Year-End tax settlement processing
• Conduct Payroll training to the local Staffs
• Communication with the Payroll outsourcing company
• Manage and Maintain for the Payroll Management Web System (Staff list, Leave report)
• Check Social cost, tax and Salary
• Support Labor issue and other applicable law based on the Company needs

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Detail oriented and logical.
• Have responsible payment with integrity and To be confidential with data privacy
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for written and verbal English.
• Excellent Computer Skills including Excel and Word.
• At least 3-5 years of service in HR/Payroll field with a similar position.
