• Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, Retailers and Partners in the markets leading team of Sales Engineers
• Define and execute local business strategy in cooperation with HoS (Corporate Vision) and identify strategic actions and deploy it
• Drive the assigned Sales Organization
• Be the contact point for customers, HoS and HoM
• Be responsible to propose new initiatives to expand the market shares
• Improve Brand awareness, attending Exhibitions, Seminaries and Speeches
• Cooperate with HQs Marketing Team to define medium and long term strategies
• Collaborates with sales and engineering to develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities
