- BA/BS degree/diploma in Business Admin or Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in successful sales and business development of commercial facility management systems and services including but not limited to Building Management, Fire Alarm and Security systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, Security and Fire Systems is required
- Energy solutions knowledge is highly preferred
- Experience and knowledge of the commercial/ industrial construction and service B2B market
- Reasonable English skill
