Design of OLED material structure and interpretate related device performance data

– MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Responsibilities include:
•Molecular structure design and compare energy simulation
•Verification of schematic synthetic route
•Device performance interpretation
•Communicating insightful findings to peer teams in order to develop a best in class product portfolio with appropriate IP protection
•Act as the functional expert on molecular design and development
•Work closely with peers groups and represent the company in meetings with external partners/customers/service providers
•Collaborate closely with internal device fabrication and anaylsis, ink formulation and printing, business development
•Work with management to develop roadmaps and other strategic plans
•Estimated % of travel: <25%
•Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality rules and regulations

Languages :
▪Good oral and written English skills

Technical expertise:
▪Ph.D or Master degree in Chemistry or related field
▪More than 3 years’ experience in OLED industries
▪Outstanding knowledge and experience of OLED material development
▪Molecular structure design
▪Device performance interpretation
▪Modification of the structure based on device performance
▪OLED device architecture and analysis
▪Experience for organic synthesis
▪Experience for OLED material development and related instuement
